8. Customer-Controlled Application Reviews

Edgelace is automated software for reviewing customer-controlled web applications. You may use it only for an application and exact web origin you own, control, or are expressly authorized to assess. Edgelace does not take control of, repair, manage, monitor, or operate customer systems.

You remain solely responsible and liable for your applications, systems, environments, and data, including all bugs, defects, issues, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities in them. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all required ownership rights and authorization; deciding what to assess and deploy; independently validating findings; implementing, testing, and deploying fixes; maintaining appropriate controls; monitoring your systems; and handling incidents, notifications, recovery, and remediation.

Security testing and assessments cannot identify every vulnerability or guarantee that an application is secure, error-free, or suitable for any purpose. Edgelace LLC does not guarantee that all bugs, issues, or vulnerabilities will be detected, reported, prevented, or fixed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edgelace LLC assumes no liability for the security of your application or for losses, damages, claims, incidents, breaches, outages, exploitation, or unauthorized access arising from or related to your application, your remediation decisions, or your use of or reliance on the services.

Paid subscriptions and assessments are not available yet. When paid checkout is activated, the planned Starter free trial will include deterministic baseline reviews only and will not include AI-assisted assessment allowances. Developer and Pro will have no trial and will begin billing only after checkout is successfully completed. After a successful positive-value paid transaction, any plan allowance will remain bounded by its stated scope, cadence, rate, concurrency, reasonable-use, and retention limits. A trial, subscription, paid allowance, completed assessment, finding status, or Verification Required label is not a promise of exhaustive coverage and does not shift responsibility for your application to Edgelace.

9. Referral Program Status

Edgelace does not currently operate a customer affiliate program or place affiliate tracking links in the app. Any future program will be disclosed with applicable terms and consent controls before it becomes available.

10. AI Notice

Our services may use artificial intelligence to generate, summarize, classify, or assist with findings, reports, recommendations, and other outputs. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or affected by technical limitations and should not be treated as a final or authoritative source.

Automated review and verification can reduce unsupported claims but cannot make a report exhaustive, infallible, or final.
